Standing tree pose is known to enhance confidence and create a more positive level of self-esteem. Standing tall and proud with good posture, whether in a variation or balancing whole-heartedly on one foot, the alignment alone broadens the shoulders, opens your heart, and raises your feel-good factor.

Steve-O x The Choe Show

Steve-O @steveo is one of the greatest performance artists of our generation. He will do anything for art. Even though I had never met Steve-O before he came to my house, I already knew that he was an attention whore and a people pleaser and he would probably do anything that I asked him in the name of entertainment and not to disappoint. That’s not the Steve-O I wanted to meet. Thank you for your service, thank you for sharing, thank you for sacrificing your body and blood on the altar of entertainment for me and the world for decades. I honestly never need to see you hurt yourself ever again. The current version of Steve-O right now is my favorite #steveo. —@davidchoe
